Hello NotionApps community,
We’re writing to share an update about NotionApps and an upcoming change at the company level.
Over the past few years, NotionApps has grown from an early experiment into a product we are deeply proud of. Today, it serves 10,000+ Notion users across 100+ countries. Built specifically for the Notion ecosystem, NotionApps has ranked #2 and #4 on Product Hunt with a 5/5 rating — milestones made possible by this community.
As the product has matured, we’ve been thinking carefully about what the next phase of NotionApps should look like and who is best positioned to take it forward. We want to share that decision with you clearly and transparently.
A note from the founders (Jatin & Sameer)
We want to let you know that NotionApps is transitioning to new ownership.
Our mission has always been simple: to make no-code app building for Notion users reliable, powerful, and approachable. Whether you’ve used NotionApps to build client portals, membership sites, internal tools, or something entirely your own — thank you for trusting us.
This decision was driven by long-term considerations and personal timing. It was not made lightly.
We took our time because we care deeply about this product and the community around it.
We intentionally sought a new owner who is technically strong, understands the Notion ecosystem deeply, and is committed to long-term stewardship rather than short-term change.
We’re confident we’ve found that in Linzie O., and we believe NotionApps is well positioned for continued stability and growth.
A note from the new owner (Linzie)
My approach is stability first.
In the near term:
- Pricing remains unchanged
- Existing features remain unchanged
- Support channels remain unchanged
My priority is continuity, reliability, and learning from the existing system and community before introducing any changes.
Any future improvements will be incremental, thoughtful, and guided by customer feedback and the existing roadmap.
NotionApps will continue to be run with a long-term mindset and a focus on trust.
I will be reachable at founders@notionapps.com or help@notionapps.com to answer your questions.
What this means operationally
From a product and usage perspective, nothing changes.
There are a few administrative updates happening behind the scenes as part of the ownership transition:
- Billing and invoicing will reflect the new operating entity (Kintevo LLC)
- Terms of Service and Privacy Policy have been updated accordingly
These updates do not affect how you use NotionApps.
What has not changed
- Product functionality
- Pricing
- Support workflows
- Commitment to the Notion community
- Long-term continuity of the platform
We’re incredibly grateful for the trust, creativity, and feedback this community has brought to NotionApps.
This transition is intended to ensure the product remains stable, reliable, and well-maintained for years to come.
With gratitude,
Jatin & Sameer
