Customize Screen title and icon in Quick icons

I’m building a home library management system using Notion Apps. I have 3 screens added so far:

  • Add Book
  • Browse Library
  • View Book Details

How can I customise the navigation bar to change nav icon and nav icon title?

I’ll add an image of the app screen for more details

Here is a screenshot of the app where all nav icons have the same title and icons are not customisable
