Embed Doesn't work when published

Hi,

I noticed that the embed doesn’t work when the app is published.

However, it’s working when I’m in the app builder which is kinda weird. (image shown is the app builder)

I’ve tried using both PC and Android browser both unable to load the embed. It’s a GRID embed that I’m using.
