Filtering based on Birthdays

Hi team

I’m trying to create a screen that only shows upcoming birthdays (this month + 2 months).

I have a field “DOB” and I have chosen the filtering settings but nothing shows up:

I also tried to create a new formula field in notion to convert the date and month to be of this year’s, thinking it’d be more straightforward to use that for the filter, but seems like it doesn’t read it as a date field.

Am I doing it the right and which way should it be?

I think the right filter condition for your use case would be “is same of before”.
