Hi everyone,
We’ve shipped three product releases over the last few days — 18 Jul, 19 Jul, and 20 Jul 2026. Full write-ups (with guides and availability notes) are live in the docs under Release Notes.
Here’s a quick tour of what’s new, with links to each day’s notes.
18 Jul 2026 — Forms, reading, and builder polish
Highlights:
- Prefill Create Forms from a URL — map form fields to query params and share a link that opens with values already filled (text, long text, number, toggle, single-select)
- Desktop form submit placement — control where Submit sits on desktop (floating, end of form, sticky footer, etc.) without changing mobile unless you want to
- Page Content table of contents — opt-in desktop TOC (show/hide, pin, left/right, minimum headings)
- Builder nav rail — wider admin-style left rail, hover flyovers, and a collapsible Screens config panel for a bigger preview
- Reliability fixes across signatures, navigation, forms, multi-select, in-app filters, and builder paths
- Support tickets now support image/PDF attachments

19 Jul 2026 — Everyday chrome + published-app look

- Home / Search / Profile are available for general apps
- My Queue / Activity need Automation (Workflow, Messaging, or Approvals)
- Published app look & layout — layout density presets (Compact / Comfortable / Showcase), login polish, desktop master–detail, sticky actions, and related published-app refinements
- History panels — Recovery History and Version History open expanded by default so snapshots and prior versions are easier to find

20 Jul 2026 — Status/People fidelity, form sections, richer prefill
Highlights:
- Status + People field fidelity — Notion Status colors in lists/Details; People as chips (with avatar when available); People writeback to Notion
- Create Form sections + optional stepper — group fields into sections; optionally walk users through Next / Back / Submit one section at a time
- Prefill v2 — URL prefill now also covers Date, Multi-select, People, and Relation / Page selector (in addition to the Jul 18 field types)
- Hidden screens fix — screens with Show in navigation off stay out of the nav chrome, but still open correctly from buttons, links, redirects, and form actions
