Hi,

I’ve noticed that once I’ve added a person email into the login user database. I’ll need to manually refresh the NotionApp database to reflect the update.

Is this the expected behavior?

Hi Thomas. If you have added the user through an application built on NotionApps, then no refresh is required. For example, there could be a screen only visible to the admin where they can add Users.
However, if you have added the user directly on Notion a “Reload” will be required either from the app builder or from the option available in the app drawer to “Reload” (link).
