Recovery History: A safer way to handle destructive database reloads

We’re added Recovery History to help protect NotionApps apps from destructive database reloads.

When NotionApps detects that a reload may remove or overwrite app state, users will still receive a warning before continuing. For eligible plans, NotionApps will now also create a recovery snapshot before the destructive reload happens.

For more details go here: Recovery History

If the reload removes important NotionApps configuration — such as sheets, records, screens, workflows, personalization, actions, users, or page content — designers can restore the app state from the recovery point.

Recovery History is available starting with Pro:

  • Pro: 2-day recovery retention
  • Premium: 7-day recovery retention
  • Enterprise: 15-day recovery retention

Recovery History restores NotionApps app state only. It does not restore deleted Notion databases, pages, properties, relations, or records inside Notion.
